Service Description
MOUR Fit Flex Training is a month-to-month personal training membership designed for clients looking for flexibility, accountability, and consistency without a long-term commitment. Training sessions take place in a semi-private environment with up to 4 clients per session, allowing for individualized coaching, guidance, and support while maintaining a structured training experience. Sessions are tailored to a variety of fitness goals, including strength, conditioning, weight loss, confidence in the gym, and building a sustainable routine. Clients can choose between flexible drop-in sessions or monthly training packages. Monthly package members also receive Essential MOUR Fit app access for workout support, communication, and accountability between sessions.
