My name is Raymond Green, Jr. I have been a personal trainer and sports performance coach for the last 6 years. I am a former D1 track athlete at San Diego State University and a 15 year veteran of the United States Military. I currently serve as the Head Cross Country and Assistant Track Coach at Lawrence Central High School.
