  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the appโ€™s Settings 2. Click on the โ€œManage FAQsโ€ button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click โ€œManage FAQsโ€ button 2. From your siteโ€™s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the โ€œFAQโ€ title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you donโ€™t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under โ€œInfo to Displayโ€.

    At this moment, we do not accept walk-ins. All sessions require booking through website.
  • How Do I Begin Personal Training?
    Feel free to book your consultation here! https://www.mourfit.com/book-online. Consultations are necessary to see where potential clients are physically & nutritionally
  • I Have A Lot of Joint Pain. Is This Right For Me?
    Absolutely! With Courtney Seymour's certification as a posture specialist, many workouts can be modified to suit the needs of every client. You may even be able to do the movements you used to do over time.
  • Can I Receive A Meal Plan Without Personal Training?
